Turkish Souq is an online shop that gives you access to shop from Turkey while you reside in Qatar. Turkish Souq offers currently more than 100.000 different items ready to be delivered to your door step. We, as Turkish Souq, are dedicated to offer consumers competitive prices, products with high quality and best service level among the region.

No, you don’t need to have a membership to use Turkish Souq.

Currently, only Qatari issued Visa and/or Mastercard credit cards are accepted for payment on Turkish Souq.

In order to complete the payment step, you need to have a valid credit card that can perform online transactions. We recommend you to get in contact with the issuing bank of your credit card if you do hesitate whether your credit card can perform online transactions as such.

Your order will be delivered to you within 7 to 10 business days starting from your payment date – you will be notified via e-mail once your order departs from our warehouse in Turkey.

You can perform inquiries concerning your order through our Order Status link. (https://www.turkishsouq.qa/index.php?route=information/orderStatus) You will receive an e-mail containing the confirmation of your payment and another separate e-mail once your order departs from our warehouse in Turkey.

We just apply a fixed tariff for shipping as QAR 50 per order, regardless of the number of items in a single order.

No worries! We have a 7 Day Free Return policy. Goods can be returned for free within 7 days of receiving your package from Turkish Souq.
If you would like to return an item you have purchased from Turkish Souq, kindly follow the instructions below:

1. Properly repackage the item including all the original accessories
2. Fill out the information stated on the return form
3. Bring the package to the General Post Office building (Building 25, Zone 60, Street Number 865, West Bay, Doha, Qatar)
4. Place the return label on the package
5. Send back the package to the address assigned for returns (pre-printed on the enclosed return form)
6. Allow 10 business days for the package to be returned
7. Items can also be returned partially. (i.e. A customer can return 1 or 2 items out of a-5-itemed-order if necessary)
8. Accepting return through a counter does not guarantee any refunds or exchanges unless approved by the corresponding merchant/seller in Turkey.

Following the completion of the Free Return Period(7 days), standart tariff will be applied for shipping in-line with the pricing rates for Turkey, derived on weight. The remaining process will remain as it is:

Once the confirmation is submitted from the merchant in Turkey, stating that the package is well received and is eligible for a refund, Turkish Souq team will lead the remaining process. The amount you have paid for your order will be charged back directly to the credit card used for purchasing. No alternative refunding methods will be applied; such as cash, cheque or other money transfers. Please allow Turkish Souq team 10 business days to complete the refunding process and charge back the amount to your credit card.

We do offer multiple merchants’ products from Turkey. However, only displayed products are available on Turkish Souq platform.

If you received a damaged item or an item with defects, you can return your package by filling out the Return Form and handing over your package and the Return Form to the General Post Office. Once the confirmation is received from the merchant in Turkey, your item will be well returned and will be eligible for refunding.

Since we can only offer Home delivery, the below mentioned details are mandatory:
1. First Name
2. Last Name
3. E-Mail
4. Mobile Number
5. Qatar Identification Number (QID)
6. The number of your zone
7. The number of your street
8. The number of your building

Once your item arrives to Doha, i will be delivered to you within 2 business days.

You will receive an e-mail containing the confirmation of your payment and another separate e-mail once your order departs from our warehouse in Turkey. Additionally, during the delivery process in Qatar, a Qatar Post driver will get in contact with you to arrange the timing for your delivery.

Orders from Turkish Souq platform are exempted from customs clerance duties, as long as the amount of the purchase does not exceed 3.000 QAR. However; if the amount of the purchase does exceed 3.000 QAR or is subject to non-consumer use, a rate of 5% will be applied.

Turkish Souq does not offer insurance for deliveries. However, for the lost or damaged items, a refund is offered within 10 business days staring from the claim of the customer. ( only if applicable)

Kindly be informed about our delivery procedure if we cannot reach the customer during the distribution process.

- First attempt: We will get in contact with you via e-mail to reschedule the delivery.
- Second attempt: Your order will be returned to the GPO. (Available for pick up up to 30 days.)

If you notice multiple/identical transactions from turkishsouq.qa within your credit card statement, kindly be informed about the reasons below:

• A payment error.

If a payment doesn’t go through, we’ll continuously try to withdraw the amount within the following few days.

You can come across several attempts under your credit card transaction details. Only one transaction will be processed if successful. The rest will be cancelled accordingly.
However, these attempts represent the temporary authorization on the funds by your issuing bank, which is called provision, the transactions under provision will not affect your overall credit card limit.

If Turkish Souq cannot process the payment, the pending amount will automatically be cancelled. For further information, you can get in contact with your issuing bank.

• A notification error from your bank or Credit Card Company

In rare occasions, due to technical problems, banks can send identical/multiple notifications as if you have been charged more than once. We do recomment you to get in contact with your issuing bank to confirm the status of your payment.

Yes, orders are limited in-line with the units of measurement, such as up to 100 cm, applied in any dimension and/or up to 30 kg.
